Description
This 1 Denaro coin comes from Lodovico d'Aragona's reign. On the obverse, it intricately displays the crowned head of the king turned to the left, enclosed within a circle of beads, accompanied by the distinct inscription "+ LODOVIC :FEL :DEI". The reverse is adorned with a patent cross, highlighted by two rings in the second and third quadrants, all encased within another circle of beads. An inscription "+ GRA REX SICILIAE" further accentuates its historical significance.
